Cheeky Tuesday
Fun animations for weekly activation.
The Concept
With Cheeky Tuesday we wanted to create a fun comic style animation that shows the "cheeky" side of ordering in a treat for yourself. We decided to go with Hand animations that steal the characters in a cheeky way, also creating urgency for the viewer that some offers might be unavialable if not ordered in time. The Hand animation that forms the "C" is also the perfect symbol for a good deal.
Process & Tools
I used After Effects and Illustrator to get the desired animation. The Illustrations were done by an amazing colleague of mine and then supplied to me. In order to have the best effect, I avoided using the puppet tools and decided to go with path animations to create a organic look and feel.
